E Real Estate Corp. puts you, the Seller, in control of your negotiations. We are a full service real estate brokerage that is here to professionally assist you throughout the selling process. Our eSellers receive substantial savings when they list their house through our eSeller program. You, the Seller, choose the Selling Agent’s compensation. You, the Seller, will submit your listing price and terms. You will provide photos, E Real Estate Corp. will create a website and virtual tour. We will arrange a photographer, if necessary. After you submit your property for sale online, we will contact you same day or next business day and confirm your price and terms and see if you have any questions regarding your listing prior to posting your property for sale. You can be assured that E Real Estate Corp. will be here to give you personal, professional real estate service and guidance throughout your transaction. 

eSELLING IS A SIMPLE PROCESS

1. Identify If eSeller Services Is Right For You

E Real Estate Corp. has made listing your property online and receiving professional real estate services a reality. We offer traditional real estate services; however, we have created the E Seller Services program for sellers to receive tremendous savings while utilizing our online services. We welcome a telephonic or in person interview. If our E Seller Services program is right for you, we are ready to proceed to Step 2.

2. Identify Your Terms For Listing Your Property

We will provide you with online tools and a complete market analysis so you can evaluate the true value of your property. We provide all necessary disclosures required by California Department of Real Estate. When you have determined your desired list price, our eSellers receive substantial savings when they list their house through our eSeller program. You will select how much compensation you will offer the agent who represents the buyer. Finally, you will select a date for your listing to start, the duration of the listing period, and a projection of when you would like to close escrow. Contact us with any questions you may have have. When you are ready to proceed, go to Step 3.

3. Submit Your Property For Sale

Complete our easy listing form, review and sign.  Once you complete, you will receive a confirmation copy of your listing.  Submit your photos or video and description of your property.  When we receive your online listing form, we will contact you same day, or next business day to confirm your listing terms and answer any questions you may have.  We will create a website and virtual tour with the photos you provide; or, schedule a photo shoot for your property.  We will coordinate professional marketing of your property utilizing the Multiple Listing Service, Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc.

4. Offers & Property Showings

E Real Estate Corp. will work diligently on creating the best marketing tools so that your property receives the highest and best offer. Your property will only be shown to qualified buyers. For a buyer to schedule a showing, they must provide two of the following: 1) a letter of intent to purchase; 2) verification of funds; 3) pre-approval letter. When an interested buyer for your property submits the required items, we will review with you and schedule a showing accordingly. After you accept an offer, E Real Estate Corp. will work with you to gather all disclosures to provide to the buyer, open escrow, order title, and assist throughout your transaction. We deliver personal and professional real estate services utilizing superior real estate technology.
